If you watch UFC, you probably know of Joe Rogan as being the witty commentator. However, he is not JUST the commentator. In fact, those who know him well often say that it is probably not a good idea to get into a fight with him on the streets.
He is a BIG man. And the size is not just for show either. He holds black belts in Brazilian jiu jitsu, taekwondo and the 10th planet jiu jitsu. In fact, going by his past records, Regan has proven time and again that he knows how to take care of himself.
This was proven once again recently when he got into a backstage fight with Mark Coleman, a former UFC heavyweight champion. Thankfully though, the fight was not serious enough to warrant the deadly spinning back kicks from Rogan. Joe Rogan is widely known as one of the best people to turn to for his spinning back kicks. In fact, he even gave Georges St-Pierre, the former welterweight champion some pointers on the same so that he could perfect it to get the most power out of it.
